We try to be as responsive as possible on social media so you can DM us between 9am and 6pm on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. 

We’ll usually  respond outside those hours too if we have the time! You can also email us at support@blingandstring.com

PRIVACY & SAFETY

 When you place an order with us we will require your name, postal address, email address, a contact phone number and a password. This will be  used to create a user account for you which will allow you to track the progress of your order and enable you to make further purchases with ease. If  you choose to receive promotional messages, you agree to receive marketing messages from www.blingandstring.com only.

We require this information to improve our products and services and for our own internal record-keeping. We may periodically (not too often - we promise!) send promotional emails about new products or special offers that we hope you’ll find useful. There’s also a small possibility we may contact you by email, or WhatsApp to ask a question for market research purposes.

We don’t release personal information unless to comply with the law, to enforce or apply our conditions of use or other agreements or to protect the rights, property or safety of www.blingandstring.com, our users or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purpose of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. However, this does not include selling, sharing or otherwise disclosing personal information about customers for commercial purposes.
